Additional Support Information

Please note that Intermate primarily offers support to partners (dealers and so on). If you are an "ordinary" end-user, please contact your point-of-purchase before contacting us.

If you need driver templates for specific printers that are not covered by the standard driver template collections or consultancy services, please contact Intermate A/S at sales@intermate.com.

To partners: If you need support, please describe the problem in detail in a mail to support@intermate.com.

Please include as much of the following information as possible:

  1. A detailed description of the problem. Include and comment concrete illustrations whenever possible.
  2. The IAPS information found in the Status menu group: Software/Firmware Version, namely code level (G50-xx-xx) and model.
  3. Type of host (hardware; operating system; PSF or alternative product from LRS) and the settings you use for the host "writer".
  4. Printer type and model. Status sheet from the printer.
  5. A copy of the configuration profile (.cfg file) from the IAPS (select 'Configuration > Import or Export' in the menu and select an appropriate place to save the file).
  6. Results from a captured IPDS trace ( - see "Utilities" above).

This will enable us to give you fast and efficient support.
