Our Support Team

A team of dedicated supporters offers e-mail based and telephone support to channel partners and resellers (who are expected to provide first-line support for their customers). In connection with telephone support, we exploit the built-in possibilities for remote management of our products - both directly and via the GateManager.  And of course, we have tools that allow you and the supporter to see each other's PCs. On-site, fee-based consultations can also be arranged.

Training for Channel Partners and Resellers

We arrange training for channel partners and resellers. Sales people are not only taught about the products, but in connection with IPDS, they are also provided with a basic understanding of AFP/IPDS Printing and the market forces. The issue of qualifying customers is integrated into the training. Technical staff are taught how to work with Creo products as well as being given a deeper knowledge of AFP/IPDS printing. Contact the sales representative to sign up.
