The Intermate Advanced Print Server IPDS (IAPS) enables any PostScript or PCL5 compatible multi-function printing device to print AFP/IPDS from an IBM host.

Intermate IAPS IPDS features 2 different models suited for any printing environment, both workgroup and high volume production printing. Each model is scalable in numbers of IPDS sessions.

The IAPS 200 series services from 1 to 4 printers or Multi-Function Printers simultaneously with a total continuous throughput of up to 85 ppm on monochrome printers and 25 ppm when printing in colour.

The IAPS 300 series services from 1 to 64 printers or Multi-Function Printers simultaneously with a total continuous throughput of up to 200ppm, when printing colour, and up to 500 ppm on monochrome printers.
