Intermate was established in 1976 as a privately held company, and is today owned by Kodak. All products and services are branded under the CREO Color Servers brand, which is developed by the Print On-Demand Solutions group, an independent unit of Kodak's Graphics Communication Group.

Creo is now a leading supplier of technologies to strategic partners and OEM customers. Creo's primary goal is to provide technology and knowledge to our partners, helping them to leverage their business. With almost two decades of experience in the IBM print arena, Intermate's merger into Creo strenghtens our position as the preferred partner for leading printer manufacturers and other channel partners.
