Training for IPDS OEM and alliance partners

Training for developers enables them to use the Intermate IPDS Ultra SDK to integrate our IPDS into other products. The basic 2- to 5-day training workshop is tailor-made to each partner and depends on the model of co-operation chosen. How much integration do you want us to perform for you? How much help do you need to perform your own integration? Partnership contracts set the terms for additional consultation and assistance.

Training for product managers, marketeers, and sales people includes whatever it takes to make sure that they feel comfortable with their knowledge of what IPDS is used for, how it is used, what is special about Intermate's IPDS Ultra kernel, and issues about IBM Host Print in LAN environments. There are two major goals: Product managers will get better at specifying requirements for the products we co-create with their company's developers. Marketeers and sales people will be able to identify and promote unique selling points.

Training for supporters can also be arranged. Intermate does not offer first-line support to end-users or field-engineers.
