Standard RMA Procedure

All product returns must be handled through an authorised Creo distributor or reseller. As part of the this Warranty Service Program, Creo offers to handle the logistics part of the RMA request directly with the final customer. All documentation will, however, always be issued through the authorised point-of-purchase distributor/reseller.

RMA (Return Material Authorization) number request

The attached RMA number request must be filled in to handle any products being returned to Creo. Print out and fill in the pdf form and send it by e-mail. After you receive an RMA number, send the product to Creo in the original or otherwise suitable packaging, including the RMA number and your original invoice. If you do not have the invoice, you must include another valid proof of purchase.
