We work as thoroughly and professionally with evaluations and interviews as we do in developing and marketing solutions for our customers. Working with global market leaders makes it extra important for us to avoid making mistakes in the recruiting process. After a first screening of applications, the first interview at Intermate will typically be with the HR-manager and the department leader. The first interview provides a more detailed description of the job and a discussion of your qualifications and motivation for applying. We employ a variety of psychological tests of selected candidates to ensure the best possible foundation for further evaluation. Test results are, of course, shared with you - and nobody else.
Second interviews, for a selected few, are typically carried out shortly after testing and include department representatives and organizational stakeholders to ensure a good match.
