Bottom line or waist line
Our company canteen serves daily buffets with a variety of hot and cold dishes made from fresh, healthy, quality ingredients; you pay a nominal fee, the company pays the rest. Fresh fruit, soft-drinks, coffee, tea, and herbals are always available. The canteen is located in the heart of our facilities, and it is not without reason that all employees gather here every day that they are not out in the field or working at home. Employees – both current and previous – cherish the canteen. There's a standing joke about the “fast five” pounds, which are typically gained within the first three months of employment. Not because the food is fattening – just because it’s so good. But don't worry. After a while you're no longer tempted to eat all of the goodies each day, because you know another glorious day is coming. |

inno|mate
To support innovative processes and sharing of knowledge and ideas, we provide a variety of physical facilities. There are no cubicles here - just a mix of open landscapes, shared offices, home offices, a few private offices, and meeting facilities. And then there is inno|mate. This is a zone where no rules apply that could impede thinking "out of the box". Moreover, inno|mate is taken into use on late afternoons and Fridays, when our foosball- and air hockey tables are the fields for cross-departmental competitions. |

inter|play
Intermate staff includes people of all ages - and all phases of life. Some are new graduates, others are highly experienced at Intermate and elsewhere. We realize that employees today appreciate – if not demand – flexibility to achieve work-life balance. Intermate equips home offices for those who wish them. And at inter|play, children - and playful employees - can enjoy the Playstation 3, dvd, and 50” screen for playing and watching movies while mom or dad works nearby. |
