IPDS Analyze
This tool can load a file captured by the IPDSCapture tool, or the IPDSTracer tool, and display the content of the file on a per command basis for analyzing. The tool provides features to search, modify, exclude certain parts of the job as well as re-playing. For instance it is possible to replay IPDS jobs from the IPDSAnalyzer to IPDSTracer and thereby get immediate feedback on any changes made to the job.
Although requiring knowledge about IPDS to benefit from this tool, this tool will make the analysis of IPDS problems much easier. As IPDS data streams are highly dynamic and the result depending on settings and capabilities exchanged between the host and the printer, this tool has proven to increase efficiency of IPDS integrators and dedicated support engineers to a level that has eliminated the need for contacting Intermate third level support on even very complex print scenarios.
