Operation Principles of WinIPDS Lite

The WinIPDS Lite is the only full featured IPDS print server that can take full advantage of the Windows driver system through the GDI interface (Graphical Device Interface) for generating the output. Windows drivers for Laser printers, InkJets, Thermo transfer printers or even electronic formats such as PDF or XPS, will, with WinIPDS, immediately become capable of printing any IPDS print job. WinIPDS Lite does not, as other transform solutions, convert to full page images, but exploits the graphical capabilities of the drivers. The WinIPDS Lite therefore accommodate integration into work flow solutions as well as high-speed production printing environments.
