 - This tool sends a captured IPDS Data Stream (an .IPD file) to a target 
   print server or an IPDS printer. 
 - This tool is Windows based. 
 - The user may also specify filename, ip-address and port via a command
   line.
 - No support is provided for this tool, as it's free.

Known limitations:
------------------
- On certain occations the program locks up.
  (If printer or print server fails to send ACK on an IPDS REQ)
  If this happens and pressing the Cancel button fails, then
  turn off the Printer or Print Server, and the program will be 
  unlocked.
  Alternatively use Ctrl+Alt+Del to terminate the Program.
